• Shipping is free for all orders
• Continental US Shipping Only | All shipments arrive within 1-5 Business Days
• Orders received before 11 AM EST Monday through Friday ship out SAME DAY!
• All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Texas, USA.
• Wholesale orders ship out in 3 business days.
• For small items, fast shipping may be cheaper at the VIAHART store on amazon.com

 

VIAHART.com's Return & Refund Policies

• At VIAHART, customer satisfaction is highly important to us, so please review the below policy for the condition that is applicable you. Returns must be filed within 35 days of receiving the item.
  
  
  • If your item arrived later than the expected delivery date, we would pay for the return shipping, as well as issue a full refund.
  • If your product has a defect, send us a clear picture to 904-414-4094 or in an email and we will refund you 100% of your order without a return.
  • If you want to return the item, we will provide free return shipping and a full refund once the item arrives at our warehouse and is in good condition.

• We do not censor negative reviews, and we do not create fake positive ones. We manufacture the products we sell, and negative reviews are great customer feedback we can use to improve our products.
