Every kid should receive one of these for his/her 7th birthday

Posted by Marcus on 19th Aug 2015

My twin 7-year-olds received Goodminton for Christmas, 2014. It was one of those presents that got stuffed under a bed and forgotten about. However, one of my kids pulled it out last week and asked if we could try it, so we did.
This thing is the best for three main reasons: 1) It can be played indoor and outdoor (We mostly play indoor because the weather has been in the 100s recently); 2) it's easy enough to learn that my less-athletic kid can play with us and still make some good shots; and 3) it's the only thing that has wrestled my kids' attention away from MineCraft for more than 20 minutes.
I've decided that I'm purchasing this for any of my kids' friends who have a birthday in the next year or two.

By the way... my more-athletic 7-year-old and I have a record of 356 hits in a row. :)

It is ok but too challenging to play with

Posted by Anne on 8th Jun 2015

It looked exactly how it was but it became too hard to play with. What I exactly mean is that using the orange one, it was already hard to hit it because the racquet was small which made it difficult for us to notice if the racquet would accurately hit the birdies. Especially for the blue one, it hits really far so it gets really difficult and only last the game for 2-3 hits.
